Below is a reminder of the carrying charges schedule for 2026.
The Village Square Cooperative 2026 operating budget is approved. Effective January 1, 2026, the carrying charges schedule is as follows:

| 1-Bedroom | $548 | $8.00 | $556.00 |
| 2-Bedroom | $600 | $10.00 | $610.00 |
| 3-Bedroom | $630 | $12.00 | $642.00 |
Please remember that we are not cashing any payments for 2026 until after January 1st, 2026. Please do not send any Zelle payments until after January 1st, 2026 for January 2026’s carrying charges. This is due to end of the year accounting.
