Two checks are needed to rent out the community building. One check is a deposit for $200, which would be returned to you if there are no issues after your event. The other check is a rental fee check. The fee is $150 for the full day (from 9am to 10pm), and $75 for six (6) hours. If you need more than six hours but less than the full day, it is an extra $20 an hour added to the $75. For example, to rent for seven (7) hours the rental fee check would be $95. If you need the building for less than six hours, please let us know and we can let you know what the cost would be.
