Please Note: If any part of your outdoor decorations obstructs the approach or steps to your unit, snow WILL NOT be removed by our maintenance team.

Our maintenance team has been out removing snow as this storm moves through. Please be aware that it may be slippery and use caution in moving around Village Square today.

Maintenance will prioritize clearing streets and sidewalks first before starting to clear inside courts and parking spots. Maintenance will come around and honk the horn of the vehicle to notify you when they are clearing your court next, so you can move your vehicle. Please cooperate with any maintenance personnel if they ask you to move your vehicle.

As it is expected to continue snowing/sleeting throughout the day today, non-emergency work orders have been paused as maintenance will be prioritizing snow removal. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please continue to submit work orders to the office by visiting or calling 586-739-7570.

We have sent out the letters for the eleventh week of installation. If you have not received a letter and would like to know your installation date, you can visit or call the office at 586-739-7570.

After receiving your letter, please call the office at 586-739-7570 to confirm if you will be home.

Please note that Wallside Windows will not be installing windows from December 24th through December 26th. Wallside Windows will also not be installing windows from December 29th through January 2nd. Window installations will resume starting on January 5th.

Please see installation dates and addresses below for December 22th and December 23rd.

Some of you may have seen green stickers put on car windows. If you received a sticker, please note that you received it because you were parked over the sidewalk. If you have not already, please move your vehicle so that it is not over the sidewalk.

Please note that we have recorded the vehicles that received these stickers. If you receive a second sticker, there will be a $50 fine charged to your account.

Beginning tomorrow Wednesday December 3rd, 2025: Any vehicle parked over ANY part of a sidewalk will be stickered. If there is a second occurrence with a known vehicle, a fine will be applied to the shareholder’s account.
