Make a Payment

Members can pay their monthly carrying charges quickly and securely using Zelle®. Zelle works with most major banks and credit unions, allowing you to send payments directly from your financial institution’s app or website.

How to Pay with Zelle:

  1. Log in to your bank’s app or online banking.
  2. Find Zelle® – This may be under “Send Money,” “Transfers,” or a similar section. If you’re unsure, check your bank’s website for Zelle instructions.
  3. Enter Payment Details – Use Village Square’s designated email ([email protected]) and enter the amount. In the “reason” section, add the following:
    1. Unit Number
    2. Unit Address
    3. Name of the member, if the member’s name is different than the person making the payment.

Important: If you do not include this information in the “reason” section, your payment may not be properly credited.

  1. Review & Send – Double-check the details and complete the payment.

Once sent, you can view the transaction in your bank’s app or Zelle history for confirmation. Payments are processed securely, with no need to share account details.

Please check with your financial institution for any transfer limits.
