Hello members!!
Now that the window installation has begun, it is time to reflect on all the positive changes in the 14 months since KMC. We’ve come a long ways from that chaotic July 2024 open meeting. I am very proud of that
One of the most important changes this board did was to elevate Carolina Baeza to property manager. When Carolina was hired in October 2024, my wife spent countless hours volunteering to help her get acclimated and sort through the mess KMC left us.
My wife was the one who put a bug in my ear that Carolina should be the property manager. She was right. Carolina and her staff of Shelby, Souni, Don, Rob and Andrew treat our members with respect and just simply get things done. After how prior years went, this is most welcome.
Being a board member though, can have some negative effects. Unfortunately, this has happened to me and has affected me personally. Opportunities did exist to rectify this, but could or sadly, would not be utilized. Therefore, as of October 9, 2025 I have resigned my position as a VSC board member. I thank all members for your past support, I really did appreciate it.
