Some of you may have seen green stickers put on car windows. If you received a sticker, please note that you received it because you were parked over the sidewalk. If you have not already, please move your vehicle so that it is not over the sidewalk.

Please note that we have recorded the vehicles that received these stickers. If you receive a second sticker, there will be a $50 fine charged to your account.

Beginning tomorrow Wednesday December 3rd, 2025: Any vehicle parked over ANY part of a sidewalk will be stickered. If there is a second occurrence with a known vehicle, a fine will be applied to the shareholder’s account.

All shareholders have had two (2) notices of winter rules. You can find a copy of the letter sent out below.

There continue to be ongoing issues with drains and toilets getting backed up. Please refer to the letter below about what should not be flushed. See below for a picture of an example of material found that was causing an issue.

Please continue to follow the guidelines about what not to flush down the toilet or putting in the drains to prevent plumbing issues. Please note that improper use of toilets and drains may result in fees.

There is a mistake in the Carrying Charges Schedule update in the Newsletter for 2026. Please note that for 1-Bedroom units, the increase will be $8.00 so the Carrying Charges will be $556.00 starting January 1st, 2026. We apologize for any confusion.
