  • 2026 Carrying Charges Schedule – Reminder

    Below is a reminder of the carrying charges schedule for 2026.

    The Village Square Cooperative 2026 operating budget is approved. Effective January 1, 2026, the carrying charges schedule is as follows:

    Please remember that we are not cashing any payments for 2026 until after January 1st, 2026. Please do not send any Zelle payments until after January 1st, 2026 for January 2026’s carrying charges. This is due to end of the year accounting.

  • Office Will Be Open Normal Hours on Friday November 28th, 2025

    The office will be open for normal office hours on Friday November 28th, 2025 from 8am to 4:30pm. Please note the office will be closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1pm.
