First Day Windows Installation a Success
The first day Wallside Windows was here was a huge success! Wallside Windows was on site yesterday (October 13th, 2025) from 7am – 1:30pm and they completed the installation on six (6) units. Thank you to all the members that prepared beforehand so installation went as smooth as possible! Thank you also to Wallside Windows for the great job they did!
If you have not received a letter with your installation date, you are welcome to call the office at 586-739-7570. Please feel free to call us with any questions about the project.

Do Not Use Dumpster in Basketball Court
A Waste Management dumpster has been placed in the basketball court for Wallside Windows.
The dumpster is for Wallside Windows use ONLY! Please do not throw any trash in the dumpster as it is not ours to use.

Black Trailer Behind Office is NOT a Dumpster
Please DO NOT place anything in the black trailer behind the office.
As of November 7th, 2025: Bulk Trash is PERMANENTLY CLOSED!
Please disregard any previous notices about bulk trash pickup dates. We will not be accepting bulk trash at all. Cameras monitor the activity near the office. Anyone seen placing bulk trash there WILL BE FINED. Please find another way to dispose of bulk items.
