As we are getting close to the first week of windows installations, we have sent out the letters for the first week of installation. If you have not received a letter and would like to know your installation date, you can visit or call the office at 586-739-7570.

After receiving your letter, please call the office at 586-739-7570 to confirm if you will be home.

Due to the extreme amount of bulk trash we have, we had no choice but to get a dumpster. The fact is that our waste management company would not pick up the amount of bulk we have. The items put in there are not dump correctly, such as; carpet pieces not cut, mattresses not been put in bags, etc. The dumpster will be located in our baseball court for a couple of days. Please if you have anything that you need to get rid of please do now. After this dumpster is gone: As of November 7th, 2025: Bulk Trash is PERMANENTLY CLOSED!

Please disregard any previous notices about bulk trash pickup dates. We will not be accepting bulk trash at all. Cameras monitor the activity near the office. Anyone seen placing bulk trash there WILL BE FINED. Please find another way to dispose of bulk items.

We are getting increasing reports of animal feces left on the grounds. Please know that this is not just a nuisance, but can prevent work from being done.

In the handbook, it clearly states that any animal feces must be picked up immediately. If animal feces is found outside your unit, you may receive a fine. Please make sure to pick up after your animals.

Today, on September 15th, six piles of dog poop had to be picked up so that the grass could be cut. Please do your part to keep Village Square a pleasant place to live!
