The playground behind Ash court is closed due to hazardous materials found. Please do not allow any children on the playground until further notice. If you have questions, please call the office at 586-739-7570.

We have decided for the safety of the members to close the west side of the circle near the office. Both the street and sidewalks are closed to through traffic until cones are removed and the project is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do not dump anything, including building materials, plywood, or furniture, on either side of the fence near the property line by the expressway. The other side of the fence is property of the Road Commission.

Any member(s) found dumping on either side of the fence will be charged a $250 fine. Any expenses, legal or otherwise, incurred by Village Square Consumer Housing Cooperative due to dumping will be billed to the offending member(s) and it will be their responsibility to pay them.
