Vandalism of a vehicle has occurred in Maple Ct. There will be serious consequences for anyone involved. Remember: Members are responsible for the behavior of their children/guests. If you have information about this, please call the office at 586-739-7570.

In the last three days, we have found three pairs of children’s shoes left in common grounds areas. Items left on common grounds will be disposed of. Please make sure everyone is picking up after themselves, including children and guests. Thank you!

Due to the 250th Celebration, all vehicles parked between the office and Pecan court, which is near the basketball court, need to be moved by Friday June 26th, 2026 at 8am. This includes the parking spots by the compactor.

Dumpsters will be on site on Tuesday August 4th, 2026 starting from 8:30am and ending at 4:30pm.

Dumpsters will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not place any trash in the dumpsters, outside the office, or anywhere else on the property before 8:30am. If you do so, there are cameras around the office and dumpsters, and you will be fined.
