Children on E-Bikes Notification
Dear Members,
A formal complaint with a police report was submitted to the City of Utica Police Department this morning. If you see the children riding e-bikes on our grounds, please call Utica Police Department’s non-emergency line at 586-731-2345 and report them. They will be charged with trespassing.
Please note that many attempts were made to make this complaint in the previous weeks. As office staff cannot be onsite at all times, calling the non-emergency line if you see them is very important.

Vandalism – Maple Ct.
Vandalism of a vehicle has occurred in Maple Ct. There will be serious consequences for anyone involved. Remember: Members are responsible for the behavior of their children/guests. If you have information about this, please call the office at 586-739-7570.

Items Being Left on Common Grounds
In the last three days, we have found three pairs of children’s shoes left in common grounds areas. Items left on common grounds will be disposed of. Please make sure everyone is picking up after themselves, including children and guests. Thank you!
