You can add this email address to your Zelle on your bank account or Zelle mobile app, to make monthly carrying charges.

There is no charge and you can make recurring payments if you would like.  

Please make sure to add a “Reason” to your payment that includes the following;

• Unit number
• Unit Address
• Name of the member, if it is different that the person making the payment.

If these are not included with the payment, we will not be able to allocate the money the proper way.

-Make sure the unit number is clearly stated on the check.

-Carrying Charges are as follows:

*1 bed-$548

*2 bed-$600

*3 bed-$630

Please write a check for the amount that describes your unit.

-Carrying charges are late after 5:00pm on the 10^th of each month. Please add a $30 late fee on your carrying charges if they are late.

-Return checks fee is $35 for insufficient funds.

-Please write the date on the check, of the day you are dropping the payment.

-Please don’t forget to sign the check.

-Please don’t endorse the check, we will stamp it “for deposit only” in the back.

– Please don’t put you carrying charges in a large envelope or fold the envelope when you drop it off at the drop box.
