On March 2nd we will be sending out our first text message and email notification to the information provided to the office. If you do not receive a text message or email from us, please call the office at 585-739-7570.

Car keys were found in the snow near the dog run and were brought to the office. If you suspect these are yours, please visit the office or call us at 586-739-7570.

Monthly carrying charges checks will be deposit after the 1st of the month. Please bring your monthly payments to the office or drop box closer to the 1st of each month. Thank you!

Due to a water line break, there will be city workers on site at 9am on today, February 2nd, 2026 to fix the issue.

At this time there is no boil water notice. You may continue using water as normal. If you are affected, you may experience low water pressure until the issue is fixed.

The sidewalk will be closed from addresses 45700 Kensington and 45710 Kensington (on the east side of the street) while the city is on site working on this. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please watch out for any workers, including their vehicles and equipment, while over in that area.
