Please be aware that tomorrow April 9th, 2026 at 9:30am, the Wallside Windows team is coming to do the last cleanup. Please leave your fence open so they can check and clean any debris from installation. Please be aware that they will come into the backyard, so make sure all animal/dog feces has been picked up. Thank you!

Please be so kind as to stop feeding wild animals and birds. We are having an overwhelming amount of wildlife in our community. Although we enjoy seeing them, they are a nuisance.

Please refrain from having bird feeders with bird seed, as all manner of animals eat that. Water feeders are ok to have for hummingbirds. Please also make sure to pick up animal/dog feces immediately after they go, as per the handbook rules, as animals eat that as well.

Please know that there is no way for us to remove the wildlife from the outdoors, so we must do our best to not attract them. Thank you for your help! If you have any questions, please call the office at 586-739-7570.

On trash pick up days, please leave your trash bags on the sidewalk or cement for pickup. Thank you!

If you have lost the keys pictured below, we have it at the office for you to pick it up.

Two checks are needed to rent out the community building. One check is a deposit for $200, which would be returned to you if there are no issues after your event. The other check is a rental fee check. The fee is $150 for the full day (from 9am to 10pm), and $75 for six (6) hours. If you need more than six hours but less than the full day, it is an extra $20 an hour added to the $75. For example, to rent for seven (7) hours the rental fee check would be $95. If you need the building for less than six hours, please let us know and we can let you know what the cost would be.
