Due to a water line break, there will be city workers on site at 9am on today, February 2nd, 2026 to fix the issue.

At this time there is no boil water notice. You may continue using water as normal. If you are affected, you may experience low water pressure until the issue is fixed.

The sidewalk will be closed from addresses 45700 Kensington and 45710 Kensington (on the east side of the street) while the city is on site working on this. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please watch out for any workers, including their vehicles and equipment, while over in that area.

The Board of Directors has made a motion and it was voted on and approved on Thursday January 22nd, 2026.

Side parking lots are not for members to park in. They are only for guests, vendors, and Village Square Staff.

We will salt on Saturday January 24th, 2026 as necessary.

We WILL NOT be on site doing salt or snow on Sunday January 25th, 2026.

We will be on site for snow removal on Monday January 26th, 2026 starting at 3-4am.

As of today, January 23, 2026, we will be following the Handbook Rules for snow removal. Please note that this means we will not be clearing snow from the approach sidewalks. You can review the highlighted sections below for more detail.
