Dear Members,

As many of you were told, Wallside Windows is coming back onsite. They have started cleanup of front and back yards as of yesterday March 17th, 2026. Due to the project being completed during the winter, some of the debris was buried in snow and Wallside Windows is coming back to ensure all debris is completely cleared by April 1st. Do not call Wallside Windows to ask or complain about cleanup, as this task was already scheduled between myself and Wallside Windows contractors at the end of the project. This was planned to happen weather permitting, when the snow was completely melted and before April 1st. If you have any questions about cleanup, please call the office at 586-739-7570.

Spring Cleaning is happening on Wednesday April 22nd, 2026 starting from 7am and ending at 3:30pm.

Three dumpsters will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not place any trash in the dumpsters, outside the office, or anywhere else on the property before 7am. If you do so, there are cameras around the office and dumpsters, and you will be fined.

The list of what is/is not allowed to be put in the dumpsters will be on the website by tomorrow and it will also be in the April Newsletter. Please call the office at 586-739-7570 with any accommodation requests or questions. – Carolina Baeza, Property Manager

Please be aware that snow is likely this weekend. Please make sure that all vehicles are not parked over the sidewalks as stated in the winter rules. – Carolina Baeza Property Manager
