Open Board Meeting – Fire Extinguisher Safety Demonstration
During the Open Board Meeting on Thursday January 15th, 2026, Lt. Fred Gibson will be presenting a fire extinguisher safety demonstration. The meeting starts at 7pm. Please attend and learn how to safely use a fire extinguisher in case of a fire.

Windows Installation Schedule for January 19th to January 23rd
We have sent out the letters for the fourteenth week of installation. Please note that Wallside Windows will not be on site on January 19th, 2026. If you have not received a letter and would like to know your installation date, you can visit or call the office at 586-739-7570.
