Craft Show: Information to Showcase at Event

Attention: Sprinkler Water Shut Off Date
We would like to inform all members that between September 5th, 2025 and September 30th, 2025, we will be turning the water off for the sprinklers. By October 1st, 2025, all sprinklers will be shut off.

Wallside Windows Installation Update
The tentative date for Wallside Windows starting installation is October 13th. We will not have the schedule for everyone’s installation until after September 15th. Please do not call Wallside Windows for updates or questions. Please direct any and all questions about the project to us at Village Square.
After we have the schedule, you will receive a letter from us with your specific installation date and instructions for installation. Please have all instructions followed and everything ready by your assessment date and time for Carolina Baeza, the Property Manager, to come inside and inspect your unit. Your assessment date will fall one business day before your installation date. This information will be provided in the same letter as your installation date.
For example, if your installation date is on Monday, your assessment date will be on the previous Friday.
Please be aware that your installation date CANNOT be modified, changed, or adjusted.
Once you receive the letter with your assessment date, you can request an appointment with our maintenance before that date for help. The rate is $75 an hour, with a minimum payment of $75.
For example, if you need help for 15 minutes, you will pay $75. If you need help for one hour and 15 minutes, you will pay $150. You will be required to pay on the day maintenance comes to help you. We only accept checks for this fee.
